1.UPS warranty period or has signed a maintenance contract customer

    a. Consultation services related to the operation of UPS are provided          free of charge.

    b. Free UPS regular maintenance service (6KVA or above).

    c. Free UPS fault repair service.

2. Signing a full service contract

    a. Provide telephone consultation and troubleshooting services.

    b. Provide on-site fault repair service (including materials).

    c. Provide regular inspection services to the venue.

3. Signing preventive periodic inspection services

    a. Provide telephone consultation services.

    b. Provide regular inspection services to the venue.

    c. Provide on-site fault repair service (components need to be
        charged separately).

4. Unsigned customer service

     a. Provide UPS related problem consulting services.

     b. Provide on-site fault repair service (accounting according to
         relevant charging standards).

5. Called the service command center (work time)

     a. Provide after-sales service related issues consultation and
         discussion.

     b. Provide an immediate and effective solution to eliminate customer
         failure points.

     c. Effectively dispatch engineers to the site to perform fault repair
         work.

6. Provide sign-off customers with a value-added service throughout the
         year

7. Provide customer service and information network diagnosis and
         diagnosis services
