Delta's Auxiliary Air Conditioning Module (ADU)
In data centers with raised floors, cold air from air conditioners is often delivered to each cabinet through the underside of the floor. However, when the cold air is transmitted to the remote cabinet, the air volume has been weakened, and the overhead floor is usually covered with cables and pipes. This also increases the obstruction of the transmission of cold air, causing a significant hot spot problem.

The ADU (Air Distribution Unit) is designed to solve this problem. Its up to 1000 CFM air supply can help the cold air to be sent to the cabinet that needs to be cooled, and the hot spot is removed. The ADU can be easily locked to a dedicated raised floor and the air conditioning source and the temperature inside the cabinet can be detected to adjust the fan speed for energy saving.

Can be installed directly below the raised floor
In the design of the down-blowing air conditioner, the remote cabinet is limited by the gradual decrease of the airconditioning air volume, and the auxiliary air conditioning module can improve the problem and solve the hot spot problems.
