General rules for pipe laying
|
|
|
|
When the PVC pipe is equipped with the cable pipe,
the inside of the pipe should be as smooth as possible to avoid sharp protrusions from
cutting the cable sheath and destroying the waterproofness of the cable.
When the cable duct is turned, and the bend radius is at least 6 times the diameter of the pipe,
and depending on the site conditions, a junction box (PULL BOX) is added at a 90-degree angle to facilitate the pull wire.
Cables can be laid through underground pipes. Depending on the situation,
a snake hose protection can be added to the hand hole or manhole to avoid damage to the cable caused by human trampling.
When the cable is laid, appropriate personnel and traffic control should be
provided to ensure that personnel and vehicles are relieved during cabling.

Cable laying
|
|
|
|
When the cable is laid, if it is necessary to complete the line, it should be rounded with the shape of "8".
Remember that the bending radius of the cable should not be less than 25 times the outer diameter of the fiber.
Bending and cutting are absolutely forbidden.
The cable should be tied with a nylon cable. The Reinfocement Aramide Yarn part should be
pulled with nylon rope. Remember to use wire.
After the cable is pulled to the fixed point, the cable of the appropriate length is reserved according to
the specified size, and then cut off with scissors, and the joint part is tied with waterproof tape.

Cable deployment rules
|
|
|
|
The minimum turning radius of the cable must meet: 150mm (when pulling the wire) 300mm (when used)
The maximum tensile force of the cable must comply with:
In the pipeline: 600Pound (when pulling); 200Pound (when used)
After the fiber is laid, the tens of force should not be present in the remaining part except for
the vertical part to carry the tensile force of its weight.
The increase in tension due to cornering so that a single cable does not have a cable box,
its 90-degree turn must not exceed 5 times.
The support distance of the cable is 3M.
Cables should avoid sharp edges.
The cable is placed as much as possible by hand.
